Prof. Suresh Dhaniyala, Clarkson Univ Prof, studies aerosols, sensors & air environments.

Professor Suresh Dhaniyala is the Bayard D. Clarkson Distinguished Professor of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering at Clarkson University and Co-Director of the Center for Air and Aquatic Resources Engineering and Science (CAARES). He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, an M.S. from the University of Delaware, and a B.Tech from IIT. His research focuses on advanced techniques for characterizing airborne particles and understanding aerosol behavior in the environment. Supported by NSF, NASA, NYSERDA, DTRA, and industry partners, his projects span aerosol hygroscopicity, airborne sensors, low-pressure filtration, and particle resuspension studies.
