Stephen Ezell is Vice President of Global Innovation Policy at the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF), where he leads work on science & technology policy, international competitiveness, trade, and manufacturing. He also directs ITIF’s Center for Life Sciences Innovation. Previously, he co-founded Peer Insight in 2003, focusing on innovation in service industries, and worked at NASDAQ developing new service offerings. He holds a B.S. from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, with an honors certificate in International Business Diplomacy. He is co-author of Innovation Economics: The Race for Global Advantage and Innovating in a Service-Driven Economy.
